For hygiene reasons, food goods are not eligible for returns.

 

Damages and issues

Food products are not returned for convenience reasons. If an item arrives damaged or unsafe to consume, contact us within 48h and share pictures.

Once the damage is confirmed, Lupiae Food organises the replacement and covers the associated shipping costs.

Refunds

If the product you ordered is no longer in stock, we can offer you an alternative product or a refund. In the case of a refund, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
